At Sleek Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below:


Eligibility for Returns

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item and the return must be shipped back within 48 hours.

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (subject to the above notification and return timeline).

  • To be eligible:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Sale or discounted itemsAll sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@sleekjewelry.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost packages.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items only (excluding sale items, earrings, and custom orders).

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and indicate the replacement item you want.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@sleekjewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
